Management Team
The AmChel management team has been put in place to provide a unique and diverse set of skills to best provide for the growth of the company and the superior service of our customers. With over 100 years of combined experience in the wireless industry, you can count on AmChel Communications for all your wireless needs.
President - Ron Robinson
Ron Robinson has been employed in the wireless industry since 1988 and has provided top-notch wireless services to all of his customers. He started as an installer, has 5 years of experience in the fiber optics industry and has held positions such as team leader, field installation supervisor, operations manager and regional director. He currently is responsible for day to day operations, business and customer development, policy development, bid reviews and conflict resolution.
Business Manager - David Taunton
David Taunton has been employed in the telecommunications industry since 1996. He has held positions on both the wired and wireless side to include Tower Hand, Inside Plant Installer, Fiber Optic Systems Design Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Senior Operations Manager. His responsibilities include managing all non-operations related activities, financials, investments, overhead management, overall profit and loss, company policy, business procedures, vendor & customer qualification and administrative decisions for the welfare and growth of the company.
Operations Manager - David Manor
David Manor has been employed in the wireless industry since 1994. He started as a field supervisor and is currently senior operations manager. He is responsible for scheduling and managing internal and contractor crews, maintain quality control, track job progress, recruit and train new employees, maintains safety standards, manages inventory, orders materials and equipment.
Office Manager - Seandee Redmon
Seandee Redmon has been employed in the wireless industry since 1996. She started as an administrative assistant for field services, then as a construction coordinator and finally as office manager of our regional office. Her responsibilities include submitting job cost analysis, maintaining customer and vendor databases, preparation of purchase orders and customer billing, prepares percentage of completion reports on outstanding projects, prepares, bills and collects accounts receivables, processes invoices for payment, processes payroll information and handles other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Senior Estimator - Ron Brautigan
Ron Brautigan has been employed in the wireless industry since 1979 in some capacity of radio installation, turn up and test, project management, procurement, and cost analysis. His present responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating and processing customer RFQs. The process includes a bid-walk of the proposed location for identifying site specific costs, review of client provided documentation, establishment of subcontractor requirements, assessment and evaluation of actual costs, and preparation/submission of the quote formatted to client specifications. After projects are complete Ron is responsible to review all costs to ensure bid accuracies.
